Our CP0-10V breakout board is a 4 Axis system board with built in Charge Pump circuit and 0-10Volt output also has an on-board relay that is linked with our Charge Pump circuit. On board high efficiency DC/DC convertor for 5 Volt circuit having 1KV DC isolation giving added protection to PC interfaces. Relay has a normally open output contact which is suitable for switching low current devices and not suitable for high current or direct switching of motors, see wiring examples contained in this document. There are 5 optoisolated inputs for use with Estop, limit and home switches etc. please see example wiring diagrams or checkout some of our full wiring diagrams for full integration illustrations. These optoisolated inputs in conjunction with Mach3 built in debounce settings can give a high degree of noise immunity. This board can be powered from external 15 volt regulated PSU (Preferred option) or powered by our 36V or 48V power supplies directly. Input circuit is independent of rest of breakout board and is 12 Volt system allowing for higher noise immunity on inputs compared with 5 volt systems. There is also a 12 Volt output suitable for powering our proximity switches directly elevating the need for separate power source. Charge Pump circuit can be disabled via built in switch if not required as this works from a nominal 12 KHz input from Mach3 or other software. For ease of setup board has silkscreen printed information for easy identification and wiring.
